About Kyle

Kyle is a speaker and a consultant who works with executives to improve their business results by helping them to understand and change behaviour within their organisation. Kyle has worked with both profit and non-profit organisations in a wide variety of industries including health, essential services, construction, transport, emergency services, electricity, and sports. Kyle assists organisations by helping executives clarify business objectives, and to develop and implement strategies and tactics that achieve business results.

Kyle holds a Dip.Tchg., B.Ed., M.Ed. (Distinction), and a Ph.D. (under scholarship) in the behavioural sciences investigating learning and feedback. He has lectured at the University of Canterbury on human learning and performance.

Kyle practises Wing Chun kung fu, and holds a black belt in Doce Pares stick and knife fighting. He is the 2008 New Zealand Open Kulata (low armour) Stickfighting Champion and holds two silver medals in the single stick and the double stick (coming runner up in both finals to his Grandmaster, Vince Palumbo) in the 2009 World Eskrima-Arnis Stickfighting Championships.
